It was a long day but it turned out not to be so bad. My two nurses that were signed to me were the best. My doctor did a fantastic job as always and his staff were amazing professional and caring. I give them all a 10!!!!!

Every staff member from the front desk to clinical personnel displayed courtesy, patience, and a genuine commitment to patient well being. The environment throughout the facility was clean. The entire process was smooth and everything was explained thoroughly along the way. Dr Swenson is the kindest doctor and very understanding! She treated me like I was her only patient. Robyn Mann went above and beyond to make sure was comfortable and eased my concerns. From registration to the surgery to being released, I can’t express how happy I am with the treatment I received!

The girl who updated my personal information was terrific. I cannot remember her name, memory loss. She did not rush me and was very positive and helped me relax . The technician who performed my tests was super friendly and again, put my Angist to ease. Russell hospital has helped me in several different things and they do not disappoint!!

Excellent, the nurses and doctors were professional and really cared. The nurse I had was not only great to me but she was very helpful to her colleagues and other patients. My experience was a 10/10.

I have to be honest. I was very concerned going to this hospital because it doesn't have a great reputation. I don't know if that's deserved or not, but I had a fairly pleasant experience. Really the only bad thing that happened is when I got there they had no idea who I was. I was already suspicious because I was told that I would be pre-admitted by phone and that didn't happen. Well that didn't happen because apparently the remote team of doctors that did my surgery did not inform the hospital that that was happening. It only took about 20 minutes to get it straightened out and then everything went smooth from there on out. So thank you, Russell hospital. Edit: I want to add that medical situations can feel traumatic..... Russell and my surgery team did a fine job. ⭐

I have had 3 procedures done at Russell Medical within the past few years and every time the staff has proven to be very competent in their skills and very personable in their manner. Everyone makes me feel confident and relaxed during my procedure. We are fortunate to have this excellent care facility and staff in the community.

Had an EKG done. Everyone was exceptionally kind. The lady at the sign in window was very nice and accommodating. Jennifer who handled my paperwork was so sweet and friendly. And Greg who did the EKG was extremely kind, pleasant, and outstanding at his job. He made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend everyone of them to any new patients!

Very pleased with my ER visit! I was seen quickly on arrival, and the entire staff was outstanding. They kept me well informed throughout the process, clearly explaining what was happening and what the next steps would be. My test results came back quickly and were thoroughly explained to me. After receiving treatment, I was discharged with detailed instructions on how to follow up with my primary care doctor. No one wants to go to the ER, but when the experience is this smooth and well managed, it makes a big difference. A huge thank you to the entire team for the excellent care I received!
